Welcome, developers! This documentation provides everything you need to integrate your marketplace with Tero Carbon's platform, enabling seamless interaction with verified Brazilian environmental assets registered by Tero Carbon.

We operate within the Voluntary Carbon Market (VCM), providing robust verification and registration services. This API facilitates integration between Marketplaces and the Tero Carbon registry. It allows authorized Marketplaces to:

Query data about projects and Verified Carbon Units (VCUs) held in their Tero Carbon custody account.

Notify Tero Carbon about internal VCU operations (Tokenization, Transfers, Retirements, Detokenization) occurring on the Marketplace platform.

Query public project and issuance data registered by Tero Carbon on the CAD Trust platform (for informational purposes only).

This integration relies on the transparency of the public Polygon blockchain (for Tero Carbon's primary token records) and IPFS (for metadata storage), combined with secure API communication for data access and notifications.
